Our founders came from inside the healthcare finance system — working as coders, AR analysts, denial managers, and RCM directors at hospitals, large physician groups, and billing companies. They saw firsthand how good providers lost tens of thousands of dollars every month to avoidable errors, unworked denials, and outdated billing workflows.
So they built KandR — combining deep clinical expertise with proprietary AI technology to create an RCM partner that doesn’t just process claims, but actively fights for every dollar your practice has earned.
Today, KandR Billing — powered by RBD Billing Agency — operates globally with teams in India and the United States, serving hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers with the same mission we started with: make healthcare revenue work the way it should.
